ROAD CLOSURE: Due to the annual Festival of Lights Parade, the following road closures and temporary no parking will be in effect Saturday, December 7th.
NOTE: There will not be fireworks after the parade this year.
- From 4pm to 9pm: High Street will be closed to through traffic between 8th Street and 7th Street. 8th Street will also be closed to through traffic from Grove Street to the alley between High Street and Indiana Street. **No parking** will be allowed between 4pm and 9pm on these blocks.
- From 4:30pm until the end of the parade: 8th Street between Grove Street and Chapel Street as well as Chapel Street between 8th Street and 5th Street will be closed for the parade line up and route. As the parade passes, these roads will be reopened.
- Beginning at 6 PM: Get downtown for the Festival of Lights Parade, Mayor's Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, Pictures with Santa AND the Grinch, and the First Annual Family Photo.
