In the fall of 2023, City Council worked with the ETC Institute to develop and execute a community satisfaction survey to aid with understanding community needs and in order to bring in performance data for some of the areas above. Results of the survey are being used to develop the working Strategic Plan.

2023 Reliability DataCity Council meets the first and third Tuesdays of each month at the Baldwin City Community Center, located at 712 Chapel Street. All Council Meetings are live streamed to YouTube. You may follow us online, or watch from the embedded video below.
