TRUCK ROUTE CLOSURE: The Baldwin City Recreation Commission's Thunder on the Bricks car show returns to Baldwin City this weekend. Please be aware that 8th and High Streets will be closed to parking and through traffic from 6am on Saturday, May 11, until approximately 4pm the same day. The Baldwin City Public Library is hosting early voting and also a flower sale Saturday as well. The area between High Street and the alley on 7th Street will be available for library patrons (see the map below). There will be a barrier at the alley to stop through traffic, but it will be manned to allow parking access for the library. Thunder on the Bricks is open to the public from 10am until 4pm.
