City Council passed Ordinance 1513 at the July 15 Council Meeting, revising electric rates effective July 1, 2025. The changes are as follows:

  • Meter fees increased from $12/meter to $25/meter
  • Residential monthly energy charge of $0.1540/kilowatt hour of metered energy usage, a 10% increase for residential customers
  • On-Demand customers will see a 15% increase
