July 05, 2023

Return to Newsroom.

Vision: The safe, affordable, connected, responsible hometown for all.

City Council has been working on a Strategic Plan Framework for some time, even dedicating a Committee to the planning process.

The current iteration of the Framework is as outlined below, and in the attached pdf document. The Committee considers this a work in progress, not an end result.

On July 3rd, City Council authorized an in-depth Community and Employee Survey to help the Committee set priorities on the most important issues to our citizens.
