Downtown Building Request for Proposals

The City of Baldwin City is currently accepting proposals for use of a building at the corner of 8th and High Streets next to the city water fountain.  The building is currently used as a storage shed and previously it was used as the chamber of commerce office and a gas station.  

All interested parties should send proposals to the City Clerk Amara Packard at [email protected] by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 18th.  The city council will consider all proposals at its Tuesday, July 19th meeting.  Questions about this proposal should be directed to the City Administrator Glenn Rodden at [email protected] or 785-594-6427.
