Notice of Public Hearing March 8th, 2022

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 8, 2022, the Baldwin City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Public Library meeting room, 800 7th Street, Baldwin City, Kansas, at 7:00 P.M., to consider the following applications:                                  

1.     To consider a request to vacate the following:

a. The Grove Street right-of-way adjacent to Lots 23-38 and the east half of Lots 39 and 40 on Grove Street, Baldwin City, Kansas

b. The Grove Street / Fremont Street alley right-of-way adjacent to Lots 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37, 39, 41, 43 on Grove Street and Lots 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44 on Fremont Street, all in Baldwin City, Kansas

c. The High Street / Grove Street alley right-of-way adjacent to Lots 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37 and the east half of Lot 39 on High Street and Lots 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, and the east half of Lot 40 on Grove Street, all in Baldwin City, Kansas

As provided in the Baldwin City Zoning Regulations, the above applications will be discussed and considered by the Baldwin City Planning Commission, and all person interested in said matter will be heard at this time concerning their views and wishes; and all matters concerning the request and presented at the hearing will be considered.  The Planning Commission may continue this matter to a later date without additional notice.
