Festival of Lights: A day of warmth, light, and goodwill in Baldwin City. Join in the daytime activities, or just come for the parade beginning at 6pm downtown.

  • 8am-2pm: Winter Workshop at the Primary Center Gym. More details on this PTO event here: Winter Workshop 2021.
  • 9am-11am: Breakfast with Santa at the Intermediate Center. Not a free event; registration required through the Baldwin City Recreation Commission: Program: Breakfast with Santa 12/4/202
  • 9am-12pm: Holiday Market at the Lumberyard Art Center.
  • Gingerbread House Party at the Lumberyard Arts Center. To-go and in-person options available. See the Lumberyard website for details and times.
  • 10am-4pm: Holiday Sip & Shop at The Nook.
  • 12pm-2pm: Adult Crafternoon at the Library.
  • 5pm-7pm: Gingerbread House Viewing, Itty Bitty Art Show, Caroling, and Holiday Market in the Lumberyard.
  • 6pm: Festival of Lights Parade.
  • 6:30pm: Mayor’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.
  • 6:35pm: Community Hallelujah Chorus Choir in Sullivan Square.
  • 6:35pm: Pictures with Santa in Sullivan Square.
  • 6:50pm: Fireworks Display in Downtown Baldwin City.
